This is the 4th whole beef I have purchased and custom butchered by Full Circle Farm Legacy Meats. Never before has anyone taken the time to explain the cuts and where they come from or asked me how I plan to prepare the meat. Mike offers so This has been a great experience from beginning to end. Equally important is the wrapping of the finished product and each cut is uniform and not a trace of freezer-burn after several months in a subzero freezer. I love Legacy Meats and would recommend them to anyone!!
